1. Who we are

2. Data we collect

• Contact details you provide (name, email, phone).
• Payment information — processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment but do not store your full card number.
• Health & fitness information you choose to share with us for coaching (goals, training, nutrition, injuries).
• Booking information when you schedule a call via Calendly.
• Basic usage data from visiting the website.

3. How and why we use it

We use your data to provide and personalise coaching, process payments, schedule and conduct calls, communicate with you, and improve our service. Our legal bases under the GDPR are performance of a contract, your consent (for health information you share), and our legitimate interests in running the business.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only with trusted service providers who help us operate: Stripe (payment processing), Calendly (call scheduling), and our email/hosting providers. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Data retention

We keep your data only as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

7. Cookies & third parties

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may process technical data such as your IP address. Any embedded scheduling (Calendly) is subject to its own privacy policy.

8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your information.
