1. Who we are

This website (iconicprogram.net) and the Iconic Program coaching service are operated by Karim Usama Inc OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (“we”, “us”, “Iconic Program”). You can reach us at onlinecoaching.fouda@gmail.com.

2. Our services

We provide online, one-to-one fitness and athletic-performance coaching delivered as a recurring subscription. Coaching begins with a consultation call to assess your goals, level, and any injuries, after which a personalised plan and the appropriate subscription plan are agreed.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase and use our services.

4. Subscription & billing

• Coaching is offered as a monthly recurring subscription. Plans range from €100 to €900 per month depending on the level of support; your exact plan is confirmed on the consultation call before any charge.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month at your plan price until you cancel.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
• You may cancel at any time (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy). Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period.

5. Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial subscription. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Health disclaimer

Our coaching is for general fitness and educational purposes and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition programme. You participate at your own risk, and you agree to provide accurate information about your health and any conditions or injuries. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.

7. Your responsibilities

You agree to use the service lawfully, to provide accurate information, and not to share, resell, or redistribute program materials, which remain our intellectual property.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always posted on this page.
